The booking platform Hotels Combined has developed the EcoHotels & Responsible Tourism Initiative which helps hotels green their property and build an environmental philosophy. Hotels in Greece that have embraced this route to going green can be recognized with this logo.

The Greek National Tourism Organization has introduced a noteworthy certificate for restaurants that prepare high quality authentic Greek cuisine. Many family hotels and guesthouses also have their own restaurants, and some of these have become certified through this noble initiative. You’re guaranteed excellent local cuisine and fabulous gastronomy wherever you see this symbol/certificate.
