Sailing Yoga Week (from Paros)

Yoga Week is a soulful journey that unites land with sea. It is an exploration into the practice of Yoga as we connect our mind and body with the elements of the wind and the sea. Experience the purity of sailing with daily yoga sessions among nature’s elements on sandy beaches.

Yoga Week is all about seclusion and self-exploration. We depart from the town of Piso Livadi in Paros and head to the remote island of Despotiko. The Journey continues southwards to a wondrous and more secluded group of islands Small Cyclades as we spend our nights under the stars in isolated coves, away from ports and marinas, namely on the islands of Schoinousa, Koufonisia and Keros. Our route will then take us to even more remote islets, along with Amorgos and Donousa to stock up on goods, then back to Paros, our final destination.

We’ll practice Yoga daily through morning and/or afternoon sessions on location, depending on the sailing schedule. Every session lasts approximately 1½ hours.

Itinerary

The itinerary is based on past experience and on events that we’ve planned for you. The winds and the sea have the ultimate say in the exact itinerary.
