The Arachthos River provides rafting, kayaking, and canoeing alternatives for people looking for outdoor activities. These sports let tourists feel the river’s dynamic character while taking in the stunning surroundings. The river is a haven for adventurers and nature lovers alike because of its crystal-clear waters and the surrounding natural beauty.

Description

Experience the ultimate rafting trip in Tzoumerka and take in the wild splendor of the Arachthos River. Along Greece’s sixth longest river, this exhilarating 30-kilometer continuous descent rafting trip transports you through stunning scenery. Admire the verdant vegetation, breathtaking canyons, and tumbling waterfalls that line the river’s path. Enjoy the breathtaking view of springs tumbling from the rocks and the captivating presence of unique bird species nesting in the far-off cliffs as you make your way through the rapids. An amazing adventure full of thrills, treasured memories, and a close bond with nature awaits you at The Crossing of Arachthos.

What you need

Swimming suit or second pair of underwear

A towel

Optional for winter, a thermal t-shirt to wear under the neoprene suit

Your own personal water bottle

Basic physical condition

Swimming knowledge

At least one previous rafting experience

To be over the age 12 years old or accompanied by a guardian/ parent
