Zitsa’s signature wine is a semi-sweet rose known for its subtly spicy flavour and counts the famous Philhellene Lord Byron as one of its many enthusiasts. Other locally-produced varieties include the white Debina, as well as the red Bekari and Vlahiko wines. The Glinavos Estate produces these varieties from their picturesque vineyards in Zitsa. Wine tastings and tours are one of the highlights of the area.
