Fabulous 6-hour Santorini tour

Perfect for those who are passing by Santorini for a day, whether island hopping by ferry boat or by cruise ship, this six-hour tour will unveil a more intimate side of Santorini that most other passengers will miss! Get ready to sample the island’s award-winning wines and take in the view from different vantage points.

We’ll pick you up at the port and take you up to town by cable car, then head to the traditional village of Megalochori – Santorini’s wine-growing region – on the island’s south side. After admiring the traditional architecture, we’ll head to the town of Pyrgos that dates from medieval times and stroll through a maze of alleys to get to the Venetian castle, coming face to face with the island’s complex history and taking in some fabulous views. You’ll also be visiting one of the island’s very first wineries, sample its wares and try some local bites while learning about the very unique way that wine is made on Santorini.

After the visit to wine country, we’ll go to the north side of the island, the postcard perfect little town of Oia famed for its sunsets, blue-domed white churches and colorful traditional cave houses.  Build around the Caldera (volcano crater edge), Oia boasts some of the most stunning views to be enjoyed across the Mediterranean. Walk around Oia Castle, shop in the town’s artsy boutiques and enjoy a snack or drink at one of the many cafés. We’ll drop you off at the main town of Fira near the port, where you can also shop for anything from souvenirs to fashionable island clothing.

This tour is available everyday between March 1st and November 31st, at 9am or 3pm. Minimum numbers apply.
