WWOOF is a worldwide movement of organic farms that brings volunteers closer to farmers and growers, advancing educational and cultural exchanges to promote sustainability. Volunteers or WWOOFers are they are more commonly known have contributed to many organic farms across Greece in the hospitality industry. In 2018 the site boasted over 90 farms and growers in Greece, many of which are also guesthouses and hotels.
