We’re proud of this noble effort to highlight the excellent gastronomy of the Cyclades islands and the Dodecanese islands, all of which dot the Aegean Sea. Although the Aegean Cuisine certificate is given to restaurants, many of these businesses also belong to hotels. In this respect we have highlighted the hotels that have restaurants which are certified for their authentic gastronomy based on traditional recipes, local products and fresh ingredients.
