This building was originally designed by Pericles Melirritos, the architect who designed the city’s clock tower. It originally housed the city’s baths which operated here until the 1960s. Today it has been turned into an impressive library featuring over 300 books. It was established by the well-known and successful Zosimaia family, whose 6 sons travelled extensively through Europe and enriched the region and country with culture through their generous endowments.
